October 25, 2021 -- This is the start of a list of chapters/papers that will be the basis of questions for the midterm. I will be adding to the list over the next several weeks. If I mentioned or indicated a paper would be on the Midterm and it does not show up here, please let me know an I will add it to the list.

Please let me know if any of the links are broken -- I try to check them, but every once and a while one slips through my net

The Midterm on November 8 will be during our scheduled class time and will consist of a choice of any four questions. I will email you a copy right before class time. Please take two hours and email it back to me. For those international officers opting for the exam, please answer any six questions and get your answers back to me within several days.
